Fabrication
The caps of the peppers are removed and the insides are emptied.
It is washed and taken to the strainer to drain the water.
Some people smell stuffed peppers, I make the stuffing by cooking it so that it doesn't smell, if you wish, you can make it by mixing all the raw materials.
Take olive oil in the pan and fry the finely chopped onion lightly.
Add minced meat on it and continue to fry until it releases its water and turns its color.
Add the tomatoes that we peel and cut into small pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add tomato paste, black pepper, salt and mix.
Finally, the washed and drained rice and chopped parsley (optional) are added and mixed, and removed from the stove without waiting.
The peppers are stuffed, covered with tomatoes, and placed in the pot.
For the sauce, the tomato paste is dissolved with hot water.
Pour over the stuffing and pour it into the pot.
Add enough hot water to pass half of the stuffing, close the lid and put it on the stove over medium heat.
Peppers and rice are cooked until cooked. Do not overcook and do not fall apart.
