This recipe is also suitable for little ones who have switched to finger foods. You can put it in front of your baby under the supervision of an adult and wait for him to eat himself.
If you have the ingredients at home, roll up your sleeves, my Chef Moms. Don't say you don't have dates, you can use dried apricots or dried figs instead.
Materials
1 egg (only yolk for under 1 year old)
1 tea glass of milk (a watery yogurt for under 1 year old or just yogurt juice)
1 cup of whole wheat flour (add more if needed)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
4 boiled dates mashed with a fork (You can also use dried figs or dried apricots instead.)
Fabrication
First, we take all the ingredients, including the liquids, into a container. We beat it with the wire until it becomes homogeneous. It is important that it has the consistency of pancakes.
The amount of flour will vary for those using milk/yogurt and those using whole/only yolks. I wrote the minimum amount, add if necessary.
Lightly oil our non-stick pan. We take our mixture with a spoon and put it in the pan. Carefully turn the other side with a spatula and cook.
When it gets cold, we feed it to our little gourmet.
