It's a fruit we don't usually give to babies. Yes, they are very difficult to consume raw, both in terms of eating and digesting. But baked is very suitable for babies both in terms of taste and texture. Just think of quince as a banana, you can easily give it in cases of diarrhea; but it would be better if it is normally consumed with butter. In this recipe, additional apples go well with quince.
Materials
half quince
1 teaspoon of butter
Cinnamon powder ( Click to view and buy )
Fabrication
Cut the peeled quince into cubes and put it in the pot. Add water at the level of 1 finger below the level of the quinces and cook until the quinces are soft.
After cooking, add 1 teaspoon of butter.
After making it homogeneous with a blender or wire strainer and adjusting the consistency with water, add 1-2 pinches of cinnamon.
You can prepare it in two portions and store it in glass jars in the refrigerator for 1 day. It is very practical to throw that jar in the bag while going out.
