Mini Baby Meatballs (8+ Months)

These meatballs are just a bite, since these meatballs are tiny, they can be cooked immediately for little and impatient babies. These meatballs are first boiled in a little water and then cooked in butter for 1-2 minutes and cooked in the most healthy way suitable for babies. It tastes great too. When choosing a meat type for your baby, you should definitely choose from lamb .use it again. Although veal is richer in iron, I recommend ground lamb, which can stay away from both drugs and additives. Another important point when making meatballs for babies is that you use freshly ground minced meat, not minced meat from the freezer. By increasing the surface area of the meat, a minced meat is already obtained, and if freezing and thawing is added to it, we will increase the risk of bacterial growth, which is something we do not want at all. If you use already frozen ground meat, you cannot put the leftover meatballs in the freezer again. That's why this detail is so important.

My son does not get up from the table without eating 10 mini meatballs. This recipe has been tried on many babies, this recipe is one of the recipes that I highly recommend and is on my son's favorite list, for your information…

Note : If olive oil is used instead of butter in this recipe, milk becomes an allergic recipe.

Warning : While applying this recipe, make sure that your baby is not allergic to meat and its products.

Materials

  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon heaped mint
  • cumin with the tip of 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (for ages 1+)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (when cooking the Meatballs)

Fabrication

  • We take the freshly ground lamb mince into the kneading bowl. We start kneading by adding medium-sized onions and spices that have been rolled over.
  • The important detail here is that since there is no bread crumb in the recipe, the onion must be juiced well. Let's take the onion that has been passed through the rondo and squeeze it in our hands and let the water run into the sink. We need to get as much dehydrated onion grater as possible.
  • We give the form of mini meatballs to the kneaded mixture with our hands. There are also mini balls, there are also light flat mini butcher meatballs.
  • Choose from the meatballs as much as your baby will eat 1 portion and put them in a mini pan or saucepan. Cook meatballs with water (about 1 coffee cup) that comes to half the level of the meatballs.
  • The cooked meatballs are taken to another pan and added to the butter and turned for a few minutes over low heat and flavored.
  • Baby patties are ready.
