For little gourmets who do not like meat soups and dishes, you can try this meat-free soup. But I cooked the meat separately and the soup separately, then combined them and fed them. He ate some, if not all, of the plate. Because my soup doesn't smell of meat.
Note : Baby tarhana contains yogurt and may not be suitable for babies with cow's milk allergy. I started to eat this tarhana by trying it with small amounts under the control of our doctor.
Materials
1 tablespoon heaped baby tarhana
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 teaspoons of water
1 teaspoon of mint
1 teaspoon of wheat germ
Walnut-sized lamb mince
Cumin with the tip of a teaspoon
Fabrication
Walnut-sized mincemeat. (The same process if it is out of the freezer, the same process if it is freshly bought.)
It is cooked in a small pot with 2-3 tablespoons of water and cumin.
Olive oil is taken in a separate small pot and slightly heated.
Tarhanas are fried with olive oil for 1-2 minutes and water is added.
After boiling, it is cooked for 2-3 more minutes and mint and germ are added.
The last cooked minced meat is added to the soup and fed to the baby with pleasure.
