Walnut-sized ground beef or lamb
1/4 onion

Fabrication
The onion is cut into mini cubes and sautéed with WATER in our mini pot. (So it is cooked with 1 cup of water.)
After the onions are sautéed, it is started on LOW fire and the walnut-sized minced meat from the freezer is thrown into the pot WITHOUT thawing.
Cook on low heat with the lid closed until the minced meat dissolves and changes color.
Then tomato sauce or diluted house paste is added.
After 1-2 minutes, add cumin, salt, thyme and olive oil.
