For Babies with Chewing Difficulties: Bulgur Rice with Tomato (12+ Months)

Why do I say over 12 months, because it is more guaranteed to base on the source that started the latest… Still, if you want to start tomatoes early, remove the seeds and remove the fleshy parts. And I suggest you cook the tomato first.


You can eat this recipe with ayran, yogurt, meat, soup or plain.

Note : If olive oil is used instead of butter in this recipe, milk becomes an allergic recipe.


Materials

  • quarter onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cook Mom Tomato Paste
  • Half a tea glass of organic bulgur with meatballs (to make it easy for babies to eat)
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 pinch of salt (I used himalayan salt)
  • 1 teaspoon of butter


Fabrication

  • Onion and garlic are cut into mini cubes and sautéed in a small saucepan with water.
  • Then add the grated tomato and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Butter, washed bulgur and water are added after the tomatoes are cooked.
  • It is cooked on low heat in 10 minutes. Bon appetit to the lambs.
