Although it is 6 months or more in terms of material, I wrote it as 8 months because breakfast starts in the 8th month. It is also suitable for my 6-month-old little gourmets who have somehow switched to solid food early and therefore have breakfast or a boy.
Note : The same recipe can use whole eggs for over 1 year old and add salt. This recipe is still very cooked in our house. My son Atlas loves it this way.
Materials
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon baby curd (preferably made at home by precipitating it with lemon)
A little less than 1 teaspoon of butter
Fabrication
Whisk the egg yolk and curd in a bowl.
Cook the mixture on both sides in a small pan with melted butter.
