I've been wanting to share this recipe for a long time, it was lucky today. If there is no whole einkorn flour left at home, you can also mix whole wheat flour.
Note : There is a small amount of whole wheat flour in the cookie in the image, since there is no whole einkorn flour at home. Normally the color is a little darker.
Materials
1 teaspoon of homemade yogurt
Half a tea glass of olive oil ( Click to view and buy )
Half a cup of butter (at room temperature)
1 egg
Einkorn flour as much as possible ( Click to view and buy )
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon ( Click to view and buy )
Half a cup of crushed walnuts.
Fabrication
Mix the liquid ingredients in a bowl.
Then put the solid ingredients into the mixing bowl.
Add the flour in a controlled manner. Since everyone's yoghurt consistency is different, we will consider the flour. We will catch the classic earlobe consistency. My advice is to have a slightly sticky dough in the cookie. But light :)
Roll them in small pieces, less than walnuts, on a baking paper-lined tray, and flatten them slightly.
Bake at 170⁰C for an estimated 25 minutes.
