Coriander adds a wonderful flavor to bean soup with its pleasant aroma. Moreover, it is a very useful spice for babies… I can briefly summarize the benefits of coriander as follows;
- It makes you hungry and makes easier digestion.
- Removes intestinal gases.
- Relieves abdominal pain.
- Prevents vomiting.
NOTE: I recommend grinding dried coriander seeds fresh with the mill.
Materials
1/4 onion
6-7 fresh beans
1 teaspoon brown rice
1 teaspoon of wheat
1 teaspoon of semolina
1 teaspoon of butter
1 teaspoon coriander
Fabrication
Saute the mini chopped quarter onion with water.
Then add the tiny cut beans and wheat and cook for 10 minutes with water.
Then add the rice. Fill the ingredients with warm water up to 2-3 inches and cook.
Add the semolina and butter and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Finally, blend it.
