After the wheat is washed cleanly, it is boiled. (This process takes more than half an hour in our tiny pot)
Black bulgur is added to the wheat that is boiled for half an hour, and it is cooked for another 15 minutes.
Cooked black bulgur and wheat are filtered and left to cool.
On the one hand, our yogurt is whipped with a fork. Soggy yoghurts come to the consistency of buttermilk, but if your yoghurt is full, dilute it to a thick buttermilk consistency and add olive oil, mix again.
