Usage Suggestion:
Child Portion: It can be consumed by adding 1 tea glass of cold or warm milk to 4 tablespoons of cereal. Fresh fruit particles can be added upon request.
Adult portion: It can be consumed by adding 1 glass of cold or warm milk to 7 tablespoons of cereal.
Milk allergic children and vegan diets can be consumed with the addition of almond milk instead of milk.
Shelf life is 1 year without opening the package. After opening, keep the package closed in an airtight way or transfer it to an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks.
