1 tablespoon of mung beans
2 teaspoons of buckwheat
quarter onion
2 tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce (or you can dilute 2 teaspoons of homemade tomato paste.)
1 walnut-sized ground beef
2 tablespoons of vegetable vermicelli (Click here to view and buy all our noodle varieties )
1-2 pinches of cumin ( Click to buy )
1 teaspoon of butter
Fabrication
Mung beans are soaked overnight. If you haven't soaked it, boil it for 5 minutes, leave it in that hot water for 15 minutes and drain the water.
Onions are chopped into small pieces and sautéed with water.
Then, mung beans, buckwheat and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce are added and cooked with water at a level that will pass the ingredients by 3-4 fingers.
On the other hand, frozen ground beef is taken into another small pot and thawed with a small amount of water, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and cumin over low heat and cooked.
When the beans are cooked, a mixture of noodles, butter and cooked ground beef is thrown into the pot. The noodles will be cooked after 7-8 minutes. The dish is ready when the noodles are cooked.
