1 tablespoon of semolina
1 tablespoon of oat flour
1 mashed banana
1 glass of water
Fabrication
Semolina, oat (or flour) and water are taken into a small pot.
It is mixed and cooked until it reaches a pudding consistency.
After cooking, it is mixed with banana puree.
