MATERIALS:
- 1 tablespoon baby semolina (semolina flour)
- 1 glass of water
- half banana
- baby curd cheese
- half egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon grape or mulberry molasses or carob extract
PREPARATION:
Cook 1 tablespoon of baby semolina with 1 glass of water in a coffee pot or mini pot until it reaches the consistency of pudding.
Mash the banana with a fork.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Depending on your baby's eating ability, you can add 2 tablespoons of warm water and blend the mixture.
