Materials
- 7-8 Brussels sprouts
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- Half a cup of milk for 1 year old
- Handful of grated cheddar cheese
Fabrication
- Cabbage is cleaned by cutting the root and discarding the last 1-2 leaves, and after washing it well, it is divided into 4 lengthwise.
- Cabbages are cooked in a small pot with very little water (about half a tea glass) over low heat. If you are not going to add milk, a little more water can be added.
