There is hardly a child who does not like the meatball-potato duo. Based on this logic, I adapted meatballs-potatoes for babies.
Materials
- 1/2 potato
- 1 teaspoon Coruh Valley Rice
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- Walnut-sized lamb or beef mince
- 1/4 onion
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon whole wheat bread
- 1 teaspoon of wheat germ
- 1 pinch cumin
Fabrication
- For the potatoes; Potatoes are grated and brown rice is added.
- The ingredients are cooked with enough water to pass 2 fingers.
- Butter is added to the cooked potatoes and blended.
- For the meatballs; a quarter of the onion is cleaned of skins. It is cut into small pieces and sautéed in water.
- Then add ground beef and butter.
- When the minced meat is cooked, bread crumbs, germ and cumin are added and cooked for 1-2 more minutes.
